Tex Biosciences is a family owned organization promoted by it’s Founder Mr. R.P. Krishnamachari. The company was started in the year 1979 and began its operations in Leather and Textile markets. Tex Biosciences was the first Indian company to manufacture Enzymes for the Leather Industry. Through sheer hard work and determination, Tex Biosciences became a market leader in India for the sale of Leather Enzymes. In the early 1990s, the company diversified and entered the Animal Feed Industry. Tex Biosciences is now a major player in India and abroad for the manufacturing of animal feed additives for Poultry, Piggery and Aqua market. In 2006, the company expanded its production facility and set up a State of the Art plant in Thiruvallur District of Tamil Nadu. Through its expanded and sophisticated production facility, it could diversify and offer products to Pulp & Paper and Detergents.
