Responsibilities and Duties

We are seeking to recruit a Production Manager, who will be responsible for defining, maintaining and enhancing Technological Solutions that meet business requirements and our client partner's strategic objectives. The responsibilities of the Production Manager will include (but not limited to):

✓ Work with Business & Technology team to manage & optimize release cycles

✓ Creating framework for speedy resolution of end user issues

✓ Ensure application availability, performance, and pro-actively find potential issues and resolve them

✓ Responsible for the resolution of Incidents, Service requests, Changes, and Maintenance activities within defined SLAs

✓ Experience in administrating and supporting infrastructure, backup systems, and other IT enterprise systems

✓ Conduct Internal Audit - Identify usage, gaps & recommend Improvement

✓ Assist in managing relevant vendors and vendor contracts

✓ Collaborate with Business Teams to design and implement performance benchmarks for each application, and report results periodically

✓ Develops processes to monitor and alert for critical business transactions andapplications

✓ Documentation and SOP Management✓ Managing the profitability with tight capacity management

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications & Experience

✓ B. Tech / B.E. – Any specialization

✓ Certifications in IT Service Management viz. ITIL or ISO 20000

✓ Must have relevant work experience of 10 - 15 years.
