Description :

• To develop, sign-up and service a community of emerging entrepreneurs through a membership business model.
• To resolve member-related issues and ensure up-to-date data management system and documentation.
• To be the first and last point of contact for members, potential members and guests.
• To operate and maintain membership facilities ensuring the highest level of member experience.
• To plan, oversee and implement marketing, promotion and events to promote the business as an innovation platform to target audience/customers.
• To liaise, support and network with stakeholders such as customers, strategic partners and suppliers.
• To continuously manage and update the social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, etc of the K-One Group in its efforts to promote its OBM and co-working businesses.

Requirements :

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing Communications or related field.
• Preferably 3-5 years working experience in marketing or event management. Working experience in a customer service or sales environment would be an added advantage.
• Independent and possess strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Well versed with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
