Job Description:
Main Tasks
• ISO 9001 and OHSAS (collectively known as QMS & EHS) Document Control, including coordination with all other branches in relation thereof.
• To control and update all documentation to comply with QMS & EHS requirement.
• To liaise with consultant(s), where applicable, in order to prepare and update QMS & EHS documentations from time to time.
• To post latest copies of QMS & EHS document to the designated public folders.
• To schedule & administer all ISO External auditor and following up with closure of findings.
• To schedule and/or coordinate internal audits and following up with closure of findings.
• To plan and coordinate Management Review Meeting (MRM)
Supplementary Tasks
• To perform administrative tasks, either ad-hoc or routine, as and when assigned by the Manager.
• To receive and act on any other instruction from Manager
Requirements :
Job Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Quality Management or in any field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Document Control or related field as required for this position.
• Have Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 & EHS standard requirement.
• Satisfactory interpersonal / good documentation control skills.
• PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office Software.
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English.
