- Recruitment and staff selection include foreign workers
- Staff management (manpower planning)
- Staff performance appraisal (KPI)
- Employee relation/handling grievance matters/consulting/carry out disciplinary action
- Conduct Induction Program & Exit interview
- Monitoring staff welfare matters
- Involved in budgeting on payroll , admin & cost control
Responsible for general office administration :
- Cost control on office utilities : telephone, hand phone, electricity, water
- Take charge of office security system and fire alarm system
- Take charge of office maintenance : building, facilities and office equipment
- Take charge of general office supply : stationery, printing
- Take charge on other staff benefits: shell cards, accommodation-hostel/hotel, meal arrangement for in house training/meeting/stock take.
- Take charge of other administrative : licenses, rental, pest control
- To support & implement ISO compliances and regulations
- Special tasks : as Hoya Help Line case manager, and carry out any assignment from HQ HR and management from time to time
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or any other discipline
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Well versed with full spectrum of HR activities
- Familiar with Labour regulations and current HR practice
- Experiences in handling office administration works, budgeting for HRA Dept
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
