KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
* Account Mapping/Farming and Clients Relation Management 

* Close new business consistently at or above quota level. 
* Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team 
* Work closely with the BDM to increase footprint in existing accounts and new accounts identified by the BDM 
* Development: responsible for driving revenues from the assigned account scope across the entire opportunity management cycle. 
* Client delivery assurance: ensure that the projects are executed according to client expectations within the parameters of the terms of contract. 
* Taking Go-to-market solutions: work closely with the Solutions Leader to build customized solutions pitches for the target account and driving the revenues and delivery of these solutions to the account scope. 
* Account Planning and Governance: responsible for oversight of all Client Management processes including planning, selling, delivery and management. 
* Pricing decisions: responsibility through involvement with negotiations and renegotiations of Master Service Agreements with the clients. 
* Assist the sales team by anchoring pre-sales activities for qualified opportunities. The individual is usually involved in the early stage prospect meetings and scope/solution. 
* Participation in aggregate resource planning for the business unit.

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE 
* Hands-on Accounts Farming/Mapping experience 
* Key Accounts Management experience 
* 3 - 5 years of experience in IT Sales – IT Services / Software Products / Semiconductor / Life science / Smart Energy / ITES Consulting. 

* Ability to understand complex processes. 
* Customer minded attitude 
* Good analytical skills 
* Aptitude to self-learning 
* Rapidly acquire Knowledge of our processes and service offerings 

Required Social Skills: 
§ Authoritative and Good decision maker. 
§ Works with minimum supervision seeking assistance where appropriate. 
§ Interprets policies and executes processes. 
§ Acts as bid issue escalation point and is responsible for resolution management.
