Description :

Experienced in organize and monitor projects;

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;

Preliminary drafting of correspondence on COO’s behalf;

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Interflour Malaysia COO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; compiling, composing and preparing reports / statistic / analysis as well as correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings;

The project and the findings from other team members must be documented and reported to the Malaysian COO;

Responsible for collecting the necessary data and reporting on each step in the project and use the information system within the organization to prepare reports and document the progress of the project;

Collecting the documentation such as budgets, projected budgets for the project, and including the cost of outside contractors and services;

To improve a process or product requires research before an appropriate course of action can be taken, and to conduct research or direct other team members to conduct the research on the cost and experience of contractors;

Analyze research data to find the root cause of a problem or defect and to get the desired results;

To involve in hiring the services of outside organizations or professionals to complete work on the project;

Adhere to company policies, procedures and in alignment with the business strategies and objective;

To perform and discharge promptly and efficiently any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements :

• Minimum a Diploma in any field or equivalent;
• Strong work tenure: 5 to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives;
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
• MS Office and English proficiency
