Job Details
Description :
· Inspects items, as to quality and quantity, against relevant documents
· Opens, separates and distributes incoming goods to warehouse and store room
· Counts, weight and measures goods received or issued
· Unpacks incoming goods and wraps and pack outgoing goods (incoming container)
· Entering stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system
· Dispenses items and posts amounts of items to inventory system (IFCA & MERP)
· To make sure minimum level of stocks at all time (exclude slow moving items)
· To make sure the overall accuracy of stocks
· Follow up Delivery Orders; proper handling Goods return
· Responsible for local factories incoming goods
· Make recommendation of clearing slow moving products and working with purchaser to bring in new products to meet market demand
· Attend weekly meetings (storekeeper, warehouse & production meetings)
· Make improvements to warehouse procedures in order to improve efficiency and delivery time
Requirements :
· Minimum GCE O Level pass with Merit
· Knowledge of inventory control procedures
· Ability to shelve, store and distribute materials
· More than 3 years of warehouse/ supply chain experiences
· Familiar with Ms Office
