Description :

·       Handling full set of account which including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets and depreciation

·       Preparing of monthly trial balance sheet, profit and loss account statement

·       Ensure transactions are posted correctly before invoice and statement generated

·       Preparation of monthly sales invoice and customers’ statement of accounts

·       In-charge of year-end audit

·       Issuance of Credit Note on Goods Return, Discount, Contra and quantity discrepancy

·       Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time

Requirements :

·                 Diploma in Accounting or LCCI and above

·                 Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling full set account

·                 Knowledge of accounting principles

·                 Attention to detail and accuracy
