Description :

ï‚· Work with internal teams especially product development to resolve quality issues / problems related to product.

ï‚· Responsible in planning and conduct testing related to new product development and existing product improvement.

ï‚· Laboratory study protocol writing.

ï‚· Assist in the development of new test method to facilitate failure analysis as well as new product development.

ï‚· Update of Laboratory standard test method in MSOP and conduct training to Lab Personnel.

ï‚· Perform laboratory testing & ensure the test results are precise, accurate and able to interpret analytical test result.

ï‚· Maintain the quality record of finished product.

ï‚· Ensure all investigation / study documents are complete, up-to-date and stored appropriately.

ï‚· Conduct and maintain lab equipment calibration and coordinating with calibration supplier.

ï‚· Assist in conducting quality related training support to other department when required.

ï‚· To carry out other assignments given by team leader from time to time.

ï‚· To co-operate with any energy, environmental, safety & health (EnEHS) activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s EnEHS rules and regulations.

Requirements :

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Apply Science, or equivalent.

ï‚· Required language: English.

ï‚· Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

ï‚· Knowledge in operating analytical lab equipments like FTIR, etc.

ï‚· At least 3 years experience in the related field is required for this position.

ï‚· Knowledge of data analysis skills in MSA, SPC and FMEA.

ï‚· Familiar with SAP transactions.

ï‚· Familiar with ISO 9001 & EMS ISO 14001 requirement.
