Job Details

Description :

·         In-charge all the accounting matters in the company, including checking and verifing all Accounts Payable Invoices and obtain approval from relevant departments.

·         Review and verify the data in the GST Sales Report before the submission to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) for the Quarterly Report on Export of Goods.

·         Check and review GST Tax Code for payable invoices.

·         Ensure the marketing expenses are billed accurately under the name of the company in order to fulfill the GST requirements.

·         Prepare reconciliation of GST report for submission.

·         Prepare Monthly Maintenance Reports and update the monthly investment records onto excel file.

·         Prepare Monthly Cash Flow & Forecasting Report.

·         Manage the Accounts Payable transactions in the SAP system

·         Review the vendor ageing for the purpose of payment preparation.

·         Perform raw material clearing account for reconciliation and follow up the outstanding vendor invocie with the Purchasing Department.

·         Prepare contra account for intercompany from Germany and USA.

·         Prepare accounts reconciliation for trade supplier and non-trade supplier.

·         Assist to prepare budget expenses for the company.

·         Prepare KRAIBURG TPE Asia Pacific (KTAP) Consolidated P&L Report and analyze the report results.

·         Review and verify the Withholding Tax documents and reports.

·         Monitor daily cash flow and prepare internal fund transfer for interbank.

·         Ensure all the related documents are up to LC requirements before submiting to bank.

·         Analyze details in the Gain/Loss SAP GL listing for tax requirements fulfilment.

·         Prepare for year-end Finance and Tax audits.

·         Update the yearly accounting data in MIS OnVision for external auditor.

·         Review the monthly audit & tax audit schedule.

·         Prepare the related party transaction records for audit purposes.

·         Review and monitor the allowance increment in the Export Report (AIE).

·         Prepare the Double Tax Deduction in the Income Tax Allowance Report for expenses incurred in the export overseas exhibition and sales representative personnel of Taiwan.

·         Any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

·         To co-operate with any Energy, Environmental, Safety & Health (EnEHS) activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s EnEHS rules and regulations.

Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma holder in Finance / Accounting / its equivalent.
• 3 years experience in the similar accounting field.
• Experience in SAP Accounting System.
• Experience in handling finance audits will be an added advantage.
• Self motivated, possess good analytical skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to handle full set of accounts.
