Job Details

Description :

• Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services of Cartrack;
• Upsells customers to larger products and more extensive packages;
• Be driven by commission;
• Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches;
• Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with customers when necessary;
• Receive inbound call from clients / prospective clients that are interested in and/or enquiring about the various Cartrack products and services;
• Uphold the quality of the sale by providing the client with all the relevant and adequate information pertaining to the product/service;
• Accurately and efficiently capture and data entry client information on company system and database for fitment and billing purposes in line with company policy and to meet legal, quality and customer service requirements;
• Attention to details and ability to track the leads from a prospect to a client;
• Slot fitment with client based on availability;
• Monitors appointments set / fitment to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner;
• Identity and overcome objections of prospects;
• Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshops / training sessions;
• Build an instant rapport through effective communication;
• Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively;
• Project the right kind of attitude so that the customer feels confident about getting the enquiry addressed;
• Create a good image for the company to the caller/ receiver; and
• Training will be provided.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U
• Any other certification (if available)
• Able to converse/speak in multi-language and experience in phone sales will be an added advantage
