Description :

To assist administration of operations department and handling customer inquires.

Answer phone calls from customer.

Able to resolve customer inquiry.

Prepare delivery update report for key customers.

 

Any other task as assigned by Head of Department.

Requirements :

Any certificate/SPM/STPM/diploma holder. Those without qualification but have willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Able to write and reply e-mail.

Fast learner and willing to learn.

 

Any experience in Customer Service will be added advantage.
