a) Office Discipline, Office Timings

b) Daily task completion.

c) Weekly Target completed.

d) Handling Daily queries.

e) Updating the CRM.

f) Reporting of Sales, Marketing & Accounts.

g) Checking the Quality of work of Team Members.

h) Training (all phases) & Motivating the Team Members.

i) Interacting with prospective clients, and closing Sales.

j) Following up with interested prospects till a Sales is closed.

k) Send in the required reports to

l) Preparing offers, updating projects, pricing inventory &

closing orders.

m) Target based selling with adherence to the company’s sales process & policies.

Requirements :

a) Amazing Communication Skills.

b) Fluency in English.

c) Hands on in MS Excel, Word and PowerP

d) Hands on in CRM Software like ZOHO.

e) Team Leader.
