Description :

Supervising incoming, milling & batching quality control checking & monitoring, division shift planning and testing arrangement;

Implementation of HACCP requirements & weekly hygiene inspection;

Timely compilation of analytical report and arrangement of customers’ COA preparation;

Maintaining bulk Flour loading hygiene procedure;

Assist in Milling & Batching grist adjustment;

Timely calibration of testing equipment & ensure accuracy is well maintained;

Assist to ensure chemical/additive stock is sufficient for testing and production batching;

Assist to ensure that testing and commissioning activities are carried out in compliance to approved procedures and sound practices including coordinate the quality assurance in the plant and the quality control laboratory in accordance with the standard quality guidelines to achieve high level of quality product output;

Assist to manage incoming, in process, outgoing QA/QC activities and the disposition of non-conformance investigation work and initiate corrective and preventive action including authorize to stop production when serious quality problem arises;

Quality control, assurance and improvement on products’ defect and reject in the line with and report on the abnormality by referring to the standard including monitoring of data inspection and incoming defects;

Assist in liaising with customers on the quality issues in order to achieve highest customers’ satisfaction and prompt response to customer complaint and claim including making an immediate corrective action;

Assist in evaluate the effectiveness of process control and evaluate quality performance and determine the corrective and minimization of problematic areas through analysis and line audit;

Ensuring that all security, safety and health aspects including its rules and regulations are well enforced and adhered to at all time;

To perform and discharge promptly and efficiently any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.

Support marketing with technical visit to general market.

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or Chemistry or equivalent science discipline.

Experience: Preferably 1-3 years working experience in food industry, quality control or analytical lab or related field.

Skills: HACCP, safety knowledge, Inspection of wheat/ flour, End product knowledge etc.

Training: Leadership Skill, related Quality Management Program etc.

Communication: All levels of staff in the company.
