- Meet TCR MNT Cost based on TCR volume structure (A Rating if -5% improvement
- Meet UDT for 1st and 2nd BN machines <3% Speed
- Meeting /exceeding the delivery target on weekly basis with ≥ 97% WSTT (Delivery Reliability), Raw CLIP >85%
Requirements :
- >8 years working experience in Maintenance Engineering preferred experience in Back End Assembly Engineering
- Posses Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Having experience in managing an operation team
- Able to work cross functionally with other team including production and line control
