Purpose of the Role:

The Managing Consultant will be a key resource for business transformation projects. In this role, you should be able to provide quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), integrate into and lead new teams and rapidly establish relationships. The successful candidate should:

1. Demonstrate technical competencies in our capabilities and take a practical, business-driven approach to solving complex client challenges.

2. Work to develop customised client solutions, recommendations and proposals.

3. To deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients in the areas of talent solution.

4. Manage projects and resources (single or multiple) independently (ensuring high quality, timeliness and profitability are met).

5. Add value to clients by providing analysis, insights and meaningful client information from the data collated and studies undertaken.

6. Present solution and recommendation is a structured and articulate manner to the clients and project management teams.

7. Lead and manage client relationships that grow and develop key business relationships.

8. Manage and lead junior team members team members who part of the project team.

Requirements :

1. Relevant professional experience - previous work with management consultancy firm.

2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field (Postgraduate degree will be an added advantage).

3. Minimum 6 years of prior experience in a broad range of our key capabilities (Organisation Structure and Design, Manpower Planning, Job Analysis/ Job Description/ Job Evaluation, Compensation & Benefit, HR Policies and Procedures, Competency & Performance Management and Succession Planning).

4. Strong interpersonal, customer oriented and communication skills with a collaborative nature.

5. Able to work independently or in a team, when required.

6. Be able to be actively involved in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

7. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

8. Excellent time management and organisational skills.

9. Computer literate.
