Job Summary

Execution of Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) matters

Responsibilities and Duties

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:

• To check and verify the accuracy, correctness and completeness of all incoming invoices
• Liaise with supplier/sub-contractor on invoicing & payment matters
• To maintain and update of the invoice register & monitoring of invoice processing process
• Make arrangement & distribution of supplier payment
• Prepare payment documents for supplier/subcontractor
• Preparation of creditors’ reconciliation statement

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE:

• Responsible for billing, monitoring of the AR collection
• Generate AR report

OTHERS:

• To support of all accounting information requisition by internal/external department
• Any other duty and responsibilities as directed by HOD

Requirements :

Qualifications and Skills

• At least certificate/Diploma in accountancy qualification
• At least 1- 2 years working experience to the related field
• Proficient in Microsoft office and accounting software application
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently, maintain a positive attitude under pressure in a dynamic growing environment
• Good communication & written skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to meet tight deadlines and result oriented
• Able to start Immediately
