Description :

Perform excellent general office administration works, IT, purchasing  and to support HR matters at training centre as below.

 

                  General administration

·            To lead  and supervise the admin team and oversee day to day of the admin function.

·            To communicate to all support service (hotel, transporter, caterer, medical clinic) to maintain service level expected from company.

·            To perform necessary solution in resolving any support service issues.

·            To take appropriate action on complaints made by clients by analyzing root cause of the complaint.

 

Purchasing

·            To lead the procurement functions including managing suppliers relationship, optimizing cost, sourcing  and  monitoring  purchasing activities.

·            To monitor the administrative expenses of the company such as usage of  company’s properties including office stationaries, equipment maintenance, sundries, electricity, phone, out-sourced contractor, etc.

IT

·            To coordinate on IT activities  which include back-up server, wifi, internet problem, request for software, repairing PC/notebook.

·            To liaise with PIC at head office on all IT related matters and where necessary with IT vendor on any IT failure.

 

Human Resources

·            To coordinate on hiring and conduct induction to new employees.

·            To be the first point of contact for all  employee related issues including disciplinary matters and attendance administration.

 

Others

·            To take up additional responsibilities and duties as required by the Management/Immediate Superior

Requirements :

Job requirements

·            Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management  or equivalent

·            Possess at least 5 years related working experience.

·            Preferably managers specializing in administration with supervisory background.

·            Mature and able to multitask and self- motivated.

·            Proactive, resourceful and team player with high level of commitment to work.

·            Good working attitude with good communication and interpersonal skill.

·            Proficiency in English (oral and written).

·            Able to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor or Miri, Sarawak
