Job responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries by emails, phone and over counter
  • Handle arrangement of transportation & daily food order.
  • Handle registration process, issuance of certificates, issuance of safety card
  • Provide clerical service as instructed by  Immediate Superior
  • Assist on other related training activities from time to time.

Requirements :

Job requirements:

  • Possess Diploma in any field & minimum 3 years related experience
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft words
  • Self-motivated with strong initiatives.
  • Able to start immediately
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only
