Responsibilities:

• Provide quality service to existing and new customers.
• Liaise with foreign agents; consignees; local shipper; carriers; freight forwarders; forwarding agents; and transporters
• Prepare quotation, booking, document & invoices.
• Manage and keep track of customer accounts, requests, inquires, complaints, orders, and payments.
• Handle pre-alert from agent and communicate with overseas offices, local vendors and customers on freight arrangement.
• Able to execute the delivery meeting customer objective without error and mistake, strictly adhere to customer SOP.
• To take up additional task as required in meeting the unit / department’s objectives.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding.
• Strong team player with good communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Must be computer literate.
• Should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
• Must be willing to work in Setia Alam, U13.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
