Job Summary:

  • To attend to TM subscriber’s applications, inquiries and complaints.
  • To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner.
  • To provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering and responding to inbound calls on TM product promotion and packages, inquiries, billing and etc according to specified practice and procedure.
  • To provide accurate information/solution/service with excellent telephone courtesy.

Requirements :

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
  • Required language(s): English, Malay
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in the Melaka.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work shift hours, weekends and/or public holidays
