Job Summary:
- To attend to TM subscriber’s applications, inquiries and complaints.
- To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner.
- To provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering and responding to inbound calls on TM product promotion and packages, inquiries, billing and etc according to specified practice and procedure.
- To provide accurate information/solution/service with excellent telephone courtesy.
Requirements :
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
- Required language(s): English, Malay
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in the Melaka.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work shift hours, weekends and/or public holidays
