In addition to optimization of the existing system, the job holder must constantly focus on continuous improvement and identify all opportunities for increased productivity, reduced cost, improve customer service level and comply with company core. Once identified these must be formally proposed and reviewed with the appropriate management teams and driven to a conclusion.

• Ensure that effective, efficient work practices and processes are developed, implemented, and maintained such that the team meets or surpasses all targets and KPI’s.
• Monitoring and balancing the plant inventory for the supportive region.
• Identifying and resolving scheduling and arrangement problems.
• Review, resolve, and management of daily scheduling process and issues.
• Identify root causes that contribute to failures, claims, and inability to achieve goals within scheduling and deliveries
• Manage staff to assure all processes and procedures are being followed in order to meet the KPI and business requirement.
• Work directly with distribution, maintenance team, plant operator, business team that allow to work smoothly and success in daily operation.
• Establish and run weekly and monthly KPI’s for team’s performance
• Ensure the continuing optimization of the Distribution Supply Chains for each business area by focusing the team on the full and effective usage
• Be part of the global logistics effort of driving distribution productivity through logistics CI events, discreet logistics projects and supply chain optimization techniques.
• Maintain, input, and ensure accuracy of Liquid Bulk Shell data accurate and up dated accordingly whenever changes happen and necessary.
• Investigate and follow up complaint that related to LB Delivery.
• Responding effectively to employee concerns or performance issues and maintaining open lines of communication.
• Participating in new hire interviews and effectively evaluate potential candidates
• Could lead process mapping and SPC
• Miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned
• Working on KPI with data driving.
• Be available for after working hour, weekend and holiday support.
