Description :
1. To ensure effective supervision and efficient outlet operations that includes staffing, inventory, sales performance achievement and outlet maintenance.
2. Work hand in hand with the shop manager/area manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and maintenance of adequate staffing level.
3. Able to lead, train, motivate and provide proper guidance to outlet team in delivering the best services.
4. To enforce the implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in store daily operations.
5. Plan monthly duty roster and ensure sufficient allocation of manpower at all times.
Requirements :
1) 5 - 10 years retail industry experienced e.g. hypermarket, departmental store, boutique.
2) Execellent customer service and store management skills.
3) Experienced handling 10 - 15 staff in a department/store.
