Description :

a. Monitors and manages the firm’s treasury activities such as cash funds, foreign exchange debt and capital management, banking facilities, etc.

b. Work with business units on funding requirements and carry out assessment on financial risks and funding options and the implications.

c. Negotiates with banks and other institutions to meet the Company/Group’s financial obligations and maintains effective relationships with the financial community.

d. Work with the Group Chief Financial Officer to manage the Company/Group’s investment of funds to maintain liquidity, control risk and interest rate sensitivity and meet regulatory requirements.

e. Vet loan legal documentation and ensure all terms and conditions are in order before sign off by the Management.

f. Draft and finalise board papers for submission to the Board of Directors for acceptance of new and/or renewal of banking facilities.

g. Monitor and review monthly cahsflow projections submitted by the various business units.

h. Oversee the issuance of guarantees, drawn down of cash facilities and trade lines and its subsequent renewal.

i. Observe, comply and be conversant with all Acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations affecting the Group’s business and all other statutory modifications and reenactments as may be introduced thereto.

Requirements :

- Diploma or Degree in any related field

- Audit background/experience

- Chinese only
