Description :
- Full spectrum of IR/ER related tasks such as disciplinary matters, staff counselling, grievances handling, labor disputes, domestic inquiries, termination process and other industrial relations procedures in compliance with labour laws.
Requirements :
- Minimum a degree in any fields.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in IR & ER management with strong knowledge and understanding in Malaysia Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967
- Able to handle confidential information
- Self- motivated, independent and proactive
