  • To support the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions including payroll, performance management, insurance and others related.
  • To ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of overall compensation contribute to attract and retain key talents
  • To conduct salary bench marking survey
  • To assist on going analysis and review of benefits administration process

 

Requirements :

  • Minimum a Degree in any fields.
  • At 5-10 years of relevant working experience in C&B areas
