Description :

• Conduct rate analysis for items purchased.
• Responsible for preparation of budget and monthly invoices.
• Keep track of project as per planning schedule and coordinate with higher management.
• Take-off the quantity and maintain the quantity up to the latest amendment / construction drawings.
• Verify the Material Requisition Order quantity requested by Project Personnel.
• Responsible for preparation of cash flow statements & labour productivity reports.
• Good in supplier and subcontractor management and processing the payments while ensuring the quantity of materials received.
• Perform any job duty as and when required by the immediate superior/ HOD.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): High Rise Building Construction, AutoCad.
• Good oral and written proficiency in English, Candidate must be able to speak in Chinese language.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferable with site experience.
• Able to work under pressure and long hours.
• Posses own transport.
