Description :

·       Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions with emphasis on HR Operation Strategies, Remuneration & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR & General Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development and Performance Management

·       Direct, coordinate and advise all HR Operational & Strategic activities to both HR Team & Senior Management.

·  Provide vision leadership planning & management for the development of an efficient & cost effective to Talent Recruitment, Management & Development.

·  Contribute towards Strategic direction & formulation of Corporate/ Company wide HR to drive Operational Excellence across all Business Units.

·     Work closely with MD to review, develop and implement a pay plan to attract and retain talents

·       Conduct periodic Remuneration & Benefits benchmarking to stay competitive in the market within the property development companies from time to time.

·   Prepare salary budgets, recommend and implement pay structure revisions.

·        Attends to employees grievances, disputes and complaints, provide guidance if necessary and ensure better and cordial working environment.

·    Works closely with MD and HODs on talent management and leadership development initiatives to identify training needs

·   Liaised with professional bodies, training providers, and consultants to source and develop appropriate training programs.

·        Prepare and coordinate annual performance appraisals and to arrange relevant information for annual salary adjustments.

    Undertake ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements :

·   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Study/ Human Resource or any relevant qualifications.

·      At least ten (10) years of working experience in full spectrum of HR Management functions with minimum six (6) years in managerial position.

·     Good exposure in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management & KPIs, Talent & Organizational Development, Salary Benchmarking and Manpower Planning & Recruitment Job Design/Description and Evaluation exposure.

·        Mature and pleasant personality with good interactive skills and leadership qualities.

· Team player and self-motivated with ability work independently.

·        Good oral and written communication skills.

 

·        Possess business acumen and sound judgement.
