Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the cleanliness of the public areas, toilets & other mall premises to create maximum comfort for all customers.

• Manage & supervise the facility service crew of cleaning

• Allocates and assigns locations for cleaning to facility service crew of cleaning

• Inspects on a regular basis work being performed by the facility service crew of cleaning

• Reports & follows up on all maintenance work order accordingly.

Requirements :

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field or Certificate in British Institute of Cleaning

• At least 3 years of working experience in supervising housekeeping of building, cleaning industry or hotel

• Applicants must be willing to work within central region

• Good leadership skills and able to lead a team

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

• Hands-on and results oriented

• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
