Description :

The company provides Steel Trading Services and is based in Kuala Lumpur.

ï‚· Assist in handling daily financial matters, operations and activities of the Admin & Accounts Dept (such as expense vouchers, disbursements, receipts);
ï‚· Assist in bookkeeping and preparation of monthly full set of accounts, including general accounting, account receivable, account payable and bank reconciliation. ï‚· Assist in preparation of monthly GST returns, annual income tax returns, and annual audit schedules
ï‚· Ensure preparation in accuracy, completeness, timeliness and integrity of all financial data, maintain company documents and records systematically and properly; ï‚· Any other related job which assign by superior or management from time to time.

Requirements :

Language: English,Chinese,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Education Possess a LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or professional qualification in Accountancy;
Experience: Preferably with at least 1-2 years of related working experience, candidate with working experience in Japanese MNC will have an added advantage;
Others:
ï‚· Possess good behaviour, willing to learn attitude.
ï‚· Efficient communication skills, excellent verbal & written English and Bahasa Malaysia;
ï‚· Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people;
ï‚· Organise, willing to meet deadlines and result oriented;
ï‚· Meticulous in details;
ï‚· A team player and able to work as a team.
ï‚· Good knowledge of computerized accounting systems (AutoCount);
ï‚· PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office software packages with intermediate level in MS Excel.
