Job Responsibilities:
· End to End management of Accounts & Finance department of company along with team working under him
· Day to Day Account Management, Reconciliation, Billing Process, AR-AP, Financial Statements, MIS etc...
· Compliances under Income Tax Act and Companies Act
· Tax planning & Tax compliances for business and personal taxes of the management
· Working closely with External Auditors & Attorney
· Managing working capital & Currency / Receivable Management
· Managing Banking Relationship and other responsibilities expected of a controller.
*Required
4+ Years of experience to manage Finance, Accounts & Compliances of the company
Have managed team of Account & Assistants under him
Analytical, Proactive and Decision Making skills
