Main Responsibility

 

  • To provide administration, secretarial duties, office management and business support to The Top Management to perform a wide variety of secretarial duties and confidential in nature.
  • To undertake duties away from the office as directed by the Top Management pertaining to his office or personal matters.
  • To handle visitors, clients and customers when necessary.
  • To establish, maintain, process and updates files, records, database and other duties thereof.
  • To arrange meetings and conferences, schedule interviews, appointments, special events, etc as directed.
  • To make travel, accommodation and other arrangements as necessary.
  • To serve as primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other departments, business units, individuals and external institutions or agencies.
  • To undertake the Top Management’s work relating to his personal.
  • To be able to work beyond normal working hours as stipulated in the employment contract, either in the office or away from the office as required.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality in all work-related matters whilst serving under the Top Management office or even after leaving the job at all times.
  • Ability to handle multi-task, independent and able to work under minimum supervision; any ad-hoc or other tasks as requested.
  • Able to join immediately is preferable.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • ICSA qualification & a member of ICSA is added an advantage / desirable 
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must have hands-on experience in preparation for & attending board/management meetings, minute writing and other secretarial and compliance works
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Section 7, Shah Alam.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
