Location : Jalan 2/65A, Kuala Lumpur
Salary : RM3,000 – RM4,000 monthly
Working hours : 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and establish the highest standard of room and public area cleanliness and appearance.
· Well supervision and training of housekeeping assistant.
· Implement housekeeping department inventory and keep the inventory updated.
· To ensure smooth daily routine operation of housekeeping department
· To develop and work closely with other hotel operations department.
· To attend and resolve all guests complaints.
· To prepare weekly and annual budget for housekeeping department.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management or related field.
· Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in housekeeping department is required.
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Familiar with inventory system of housekeeping
· Must have strong leadership skills with pleasant disposition and friendly personality
