SRG Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is expanding and growing our business and we need fresh graduates to support our premier IT client:
 
What you are expected to do :
  • Interact with customers via telephone to provide 1st technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Responds to email queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
  • Dealing with common basic technical issues such like resetting password.
 
 

Requirements :

To be successful and the RIGHT candidate for this role, you will need to have:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master in any field.Graduation period must be in Oct 2015 - Dec 2017.
  • No working experience required.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • We are looking for individuals that have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.
  • Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
  • Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment.
  • Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift).
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
  • Required to have own transportation arrangement as the working location is at CyberJaya.
  • 100 Full-Time position(s) available.
