· Oversee all day to day operations of Bioanalytical department
· Sound understanding & well versed with current regulations on all aspects of bioanalysis
· Ensure effective compliance to SOPs / Regulations and maintain GLP environment within laboratory
· Hands on experience in operation and maintenance of LC-MS/MS instruments
· Experienced in bio-analytical method development and validation of drugs/metabolites in all types of biological matrices on LC-MS/MS
· Monitor periodic calibration of LC-MS/MS and other supporting equipment as per the Master Calibration Plan
· Troubleshooting and maintenance of LC-MS/MS and other supporting equipment.
· Ensure revision of SOPs and Calibration of instruments within the timelines
· Provide inputs for protocol preparation
· Ability to handle a team of 5-10 analysts
· Strong analytical reasoning ability to understand and resolve critical bioanalytical queries and day to day technical issues
· Exposure to large molecule analysis will be an added advantage
