Description :

This job requires fluent Japanese speaking, reading and writing in order to assist incoming calls and email from Japanese customers in regards to Airline operation.

The job function includes customer care related issues, ticket reservation, bulk ticket bookings, credit card verification, email management and more. 

The job location is in Selangor, Malaysia. It is 24 hours operations and working hour has 3 shifts (6.00am - 3.00pm / 2.00pm - 11.00pm / 10.00pm - 7am) - 5 working days with 2 off days. 

Permanent job, with 2 years work permit (renewable for Japanese). 

Salary is RM7,000 to RM10,000 per month with bonus incentives of RM500 - RM1000 per month. 

Requirements :

- Japanese nationality or Malaysian with excellent Japanese language skill (JLPT1/2) is welcome to apply

- Degree holder in any related field

- Must be willing to work in Selangor, Malaysia and willing to work on shift basis. 

- Must be able to speak, read and write fair English. Training will be provided.

- Must have experience and skill in Customer Service handling. Fresh grad can apply too. 

- For Japanese nationality, visa will be handled by the Company. Assistance on accommodation upon arrival will be given by the Company (1 month).
