Description :
· To ensure for equipment and facilities.
· To implement preventive maintenance programs.
· To implement special maintenance and control of technical issues.
· To make arrangement for handling operations or long-term storage.
· To notify any obsolete equipment, with request for relevant elimination from assets.
· Checking of expense forecasts for maintenance activities and facility renewal.
· Collection and entry of data necessary to update the facility and equipment management archive.
· Basis of programmed activities and operating conditions, prompt notification of spare part requirements to compensate deviations from routine and special maintenance demands.
· To make sure that the quality of machine, equipment or plant maintenance operations, including those carried put by third parties, is in line with reference standards.
· To update data concerning the certification of machines and equipment, by making arrangement to check current validity of said certification.
· Co-ordination of maintenance personnel, proposing technical improvements according to the characteristics of said co-ordination.
· The maintenance of relations with inspection and technical qualification organizations with reference to the area of responsibility.
· To enact alert safety bulletins, non-conformance reports and failure reports, by actuation of relevant activities.
· Co-ordination of repair activities in the event of serious damage to plants or facilities operating in the geographical area of responsibility.
· Collaboration in modification to plants and equipment to ensure operating capacity of the same.
· On basis of data received, the proposal of the modification to preventive maintenance schedules.
· Work with production and other department to implement improvements programs.
· In-charge of all projects and annual shut down.
· Any other duties as assigned by factory manager.
Requirements :
· Candidates must able to write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
· Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

A highly skilled, knowledgeable, experience and fully committed work force has been formed up in line with the founder's vision to produce quality green products and to assist the contractors towards sustainable buildings. With the product trademark of GreenconTM, the company has the largest capacity in Malaysia of 18,000 m3 per month. The machines are newly imported and the workers are well trained to ensure the manufacturing systems and processes efficiently meet the environmental requirements.
