Job Description:
  • Provide internal sales support which includes: preparing quotation; follow-up on inquiries; confirm orders; process delivery order; issue invoices and other relevant documents
  • Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Assist in sales order processing and follow up on order delivery status thus track the collection
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Assist Sales Manager in all required administrative tasks and necessary sales reports

Requirements :

Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
