Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare, check and handle shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing list, custom documents, marine insurance, follow-up payments and etc.
- Monitor proper administration and documentation pertaining to order creation and shipments arrangement.
- Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers, forwarders and transporters to ensure timely delivery and clearances of goods.
- Provide excellent and timely customer service by pro-actively informing external and internal customers of their shipment status.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as instructed from time to time.
Requirements :
Qualifications and Skills
- At least a Diploma / Degree in Logistic / Maritime / Shipping Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in similar capacity or related field.
- Experience in handling sea freight export and import, vessel clearance & crew exchange.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, urgency and commitment to efficiently meet deadlines.
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

- ABLE TO SPEAK IN ENGLISH
