1. Coordinate with the helper and the Supervisor in cooking as per the menu decided by the Management |
2. Coordinate with the store and the Supervisor for the stock requried for cooking |
3. Supervision of the work allotted to the kitchen helpers |
4. Responsible for the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and the food prepared |
5. Responsible for allocation of work to the Kitchen helpers |

Experience : 2 to 7 years of experience in cooking in Hostel or Hotel industry. Experience in cooking North Indian Dishes would be an added advantage |
Age Limit : Above 25 years and less than 50 years |
