1. Schedule all activities for kitchen staff according to guidelines |
2. Ensure proper uniform of all staff |
3. Provide all assist to all guest and administer all requirements of meal |
4. Maintenance all equipment and records |
5. Ensure compliance to all standards and perform work according to Mess procedure |
6. Supervise all kitchen and dining activities and ensure quality of production |
7. Maintain optimum level of customer satisfaction and analyze customer requirements and provide efficient response. |
8. Collaborate with Manager to review all employee performance |
9. Monitor all customer requests efficiently |

Experience : 6 plus years of experience in handling canteen in multiple locations (Hostel or hotel industry) |
Age Limit : Above 25 years and less than 50 years |
