| Job Description: |
| 1. Warden has the authority to take suitable disciplinary action expect expelling an Inmate from the Hostel, in consultation with the Management |
| 2. Warden has to look after the welfare of the students. |
| 3. Regarding disciplinary action against the inmates, warden’s report will be final. |
| 4. Warden / Corporate officials has the authority to check the room and visit the students at any time. |
| 5. Warden is custodian and in-charge of all the hostel properties. Warden has to verify the stock periodically. |
| 6. To frame timely rules and regulations on the running of the hostels, messes and other facilities within the hostel in consultation with the Manager. |
| 7. To ensure that no ragging takes place in the hostels and maintain a ragging free Hostels. |
| 8. To plan for upgradation of Facilities in the hostels. |
| 9. To ensure maintenance of Discipline in and around the Hostel. |
| 10. Looking after the general problems of boarding students (personal and general); |
| 11. Maintenance of discipline in the hostels among the students. |
| 12. Maintaining students’ leave and attendance data in the hostel |
| 13. Look into the problems of sick students and provide them with first aid, leave to go to the nearest hospital and coordinate with the corporate medical support team for the same. |
| 14. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the rooms and in the hostel as a whole. |
| 15. Act as the link between the parents, students and office. |
| 16. Give counseling and guidance to students and parents |
| 17. Night check-up and supervision of night study if it is in the hostel. |
| 18. Accompany children during needful hours. |
| 19. Looking after hostel property. |
| 20. Inform management about maintenance and repair of hostel property. |
| 21. Maintain students’ records within the hostel. |
| 22. Maintain records of assets in the hostel and its movement. Every movement to any other location or hostel has to be approved by the supervisor or the manager concerned. |
| 23. Report of loss of property to the Management as and when it occurs. |
| 24. Act as active members of the operations team, when the problem is that of a pastoral care and discuss with the students regarding their problems |
| 25. Send every students to activities like studies, morning assembly, classes and meals. |
| 26. Keep proper records of the indiscipline students. |
| 27. Checking the departure and arrival of the students on weekends, months, terms and yearly. |
| 28. Follow up with supervisors regarding maintenance issues and its resolution |
| 29. Follow up for pending fees with the students and coordination for issue of NOC when the students are leaving from the hostel. |
| 30. Coordination with the events and SRCC team for various events conducted for the students |
| 31. Checking the taste of the food before it is served to the students |
| 32. Informing the management about every progress or problems in the hostel |
| 33. Maintain the record regarding consumables required and its usage, in coordination with the supervisors. |

| Experience : 2 plus years of experience as warden in Hostel or PG. |
| Age Limit : Above 25 years and less than 50 years |
