Job Responsibilities

* To consolidate and plan the training sessions 
* To conduct the training programs to the students.
* To obtain the feedback on training and take corrective measures for improvement progressively.
* To ensure consistency and quality of training delivery by frequent updating of training content and personal skills.
* To ensure 100% compliance on all training goals.
* To support training programs in terms of logistics
* to obtain the training inputs from the user departments/functional unit.

Requirements :

- Preference given to candidates with training experience
- Training Design and implementation skills
