Requirements :

1.       Overall supervision and management of the Project Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Scope to the extent being delegated by Manager

2.       Supervise and manage (Pre)Commissioning and Supporting team to the extent being delegated by Manager

3.       Supervise and manage commissioning scope and organization for assisting Company`s commissioning, start-up, operation and performance test work after MC till IA to the extent being delegated by Manager

4.       Review and approve high level Execution Plan and procedures

5.       Lead the team of commissioning engineers under him/her

6.       Follow and implement HSSE requirements, rules and regulations; supervise, monitor, control and record HSSE performance of the commissioning team works under him/her

7.       Review and approve PTW for pre-commissioning / commissioning activities, reinstatement and punch clearing works

8.       Participate in HSSE assessment, follow-up planning and implementation of mitigation measures

9.       Plan and arrange necessary training for the Team under him/her on pre-commissioning /commissioning activities, associated HSSE risk and mitigation measures; Follow-up and monitor HSSE training as necessary by superiors

10.    Follow and implement quality requirements and objectives; monitor, control and record quality performance of the work under his/her scope

11.    Record and preserve all information, documents associated with pre-commissioning / commissioning works for audit and handover to Company

12.    Monitor project schedule; arrange resources necessary to meet schedule; make necessary coordination with disciplines for getting Systems Ready for Pre-commissioning (RFP) / Ready for Start-up (RFSU) / Initial Acceptance (IA) in a timely manner

13.    Coordinate with Construction, HSSE, Field Control, Field Technical and other disciplines as necessary

14.    Interface Company`s Commissioning and Operation Team as necessary; Coordinate with Company`s organization for getting necessary witness for pre-commissioning, commissioning work

15.    Coordinate with Field Engineering, Commissioning Support and Company`s organization for getting necessary Vendor`s and Licensor`s support for pre-commissioning / commissioning works

16.    Coordinate with subcontractors; assists technical evaluation for subcontractor`s selection; monitor, record and report subcontractor`s performance as needed

17.    Plan purchase and maintain sufficient inventory of misc materials, tools, PPE, instrument, equipment and other consumables required for pre-commissioning / commissioning

18.    Any other job required by Manager
