Description :

Ensure business stakeholders engagement and development by understanding business requirements.
Act as interface between business & delivery team on business solution, effort estimation, capacity planning and user acceptance testing.
Lead a team of business analysts
Process optimisation and standardisation
Business Analysis planning and product ownership across projects
Pre-sales analysis, client coordination and management

Requirements :

Strong business operations capabilities combined with excellent technical, communication, presentation and client handling skills.
Efficient at deriving and recording User Stories, Understanding User Flow and creation of wireframes, recording client requirements in form of Product Backlog/ SRS/ FRD/ Use cases etc.
Experience in Agile process implementation
Requirement gathering and elicitation
Good to have
Exposure to emerging technologies: Digital, IoT, and Data analytics, UserExperience
Experience with process and team metrics
