Personal Training
§ Be responsible for monthly / quarterly performance discussions of all trainers
§ Review, discuss all the issues, give constructive feedback and work on action plan for development
§ Observation and evaluation of the crew; supervising, guiding and motivating team
members, help them work together and ensure they're delivering good customer service
§ Provide support and in-house training for all staff as well as feedback on performance
§ Providing a conducive working environment so the business can run smoothly, organize and delegate their workload as well as monitor them to make sure it's done correctly
Group Exercise
§ Monthly Quality Control Check (Program Champions)
§ Assess the coaching, technique, class overall, and also from business perspective (members point of view)
§Helping with training and development: Quarterly workshop / tuition / training alike
§ Developing & programming of GX programs to ensure program sustainability.
· An accredited Certified Personal Training Course (powered by Personal Training Academy Global - PTAG) will be offered.
· Relevant diploma or degree in the field of Exercise or Sport Science and/or Personal Training Certification - (NSCA, ACSM-CPT, ACE, ISSA or AFAA or comparable certification) will be an added advantage.
· Certification in CPR, AED and First Aid is recommended.
· Have the ability to program group fitness classes.
· Willingness to work mornings, afternoons, late nights, weekends, and with the possibility to work during Holidays.
· Driven and passionate about learning as sponsored training programs will be provided on the job.
· Experience in managing and building high performing teams.
