· Will be responsible for all phase of recruitment activities which include job posting, candidate sourcing, pre - screening, interviewing, short listing, selection and conduct reference checks.
· In charge of HR matters such as staffs movement, confirmation, resignation, disciplinary actions, implementation of improved or new HR initiatives, foreign workers and expatriate activities handling.
· Prepare monthly government statutory reports including Income Tax, EPF and SOSCO etc.
· Preparation of payroll, including attendance, leave, analysis etc.
· Manage and maintain day to day HR & admin operational activities.
· Ensure strict compliance to company's policies, procedures and practices.
· Handling and checking off staff claims, insurance and others office related insurance.
· Any others ad hoc Human Resources and admin task as required by superior.
· Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· At least 3 years of working experience is required for this position.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy dealing with people and has the ability to interact at various organization levels.
