Responsibilities:

  • In charge of branch activities, amongst which includes providing services and support to customers, attending and resolving customers’ problems and enquiries, providing accurate and timely information to customers and the overall maintenance of the branch
  • Coordinate and manage subordinates and update the team on the latest information on all matters affecting the branch
  • Manage day-to-day operations in order processing, warehousing, and accurately handles account for, and balance of daily cash sales and proper management of inventory
  • Other tasks/projects as assigned by the Manager

Requirements :

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Good problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good in both written and oral English
  • Must understand Mandarin language
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone etiquette and ability to display a professional customer service attitude

Hiring of SUPERVISOR, DISTRIBUTOR CENTER

Industry: Beauty and Healthcare Product Company

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (11.50am to 8.50pm), Sat (11.50am to 4pm)

Salary range: RM4000 to RM5000

Working location: Menara Pelangi, Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru
