Responsibilities:

  • Occupy the lobby and other common areas particularly at busy period.
  • Manage, record and resolve promptly for guest complaints
  • Meet and greet VIP guests and major corporate guests upon arrival
  • Coordinate the services and special facilities provided to long term in house guests.
  • Monitor guests' satisfaction reports and take action to improve results.
  • Handle, record, and follow through with the management issues and emergencies that arise.

Requirements :

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • At least 3 years of practically experiences in related field.
  • Have supervisory experience in Front Office team.
  • Have good knowledge in FO operation and Property Management System.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership and exceptional communication skills.
  • Have the passion for delivering highest level of guest services.

Hiring of Duty Manager (Assistant Chief Guest Service Officer)

Location: Petaling Jaya (Before June18); based at the property (Jalan 2/65A, KL) after June18

Salary : Rm2,500-RM3,000

Working hours: 5 days a week
